To guarantee a great painting, please send the best photo possible, one that
1.) Is well lit
2.) Shows your pet in the pose you want painted
3.) Shows detail of your pet’s fur and coloring
SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
If you would like a painting redone with a different background, a different pose or any other changes, the cost is a low 20% of the original price plus shipping and handling, even if the painting needs to be completely redone.
Because the painting is a unique work of art, returns are not available.
In order to take advantage of this offer, the painting must first be shipped to Milo’s insured and with tracking information paid by the buyer.
